The working principle of automobile clutch

Author:

There are many reasons for the clutch pedal to become low. In this way, first check the return spring of the clutch pedal. The return spring is under the pedal. If the clutch pedal is only a little lower and the pedal can be hooked up with your foot, then in this case the return spring is broken. The return spring looks like this: a weak or broken spring will cause the clutch The pedal position is lowered and it can be solved by replacement.
Another kind of pedal becomes low, not because the clutch pedal looks lower, but because the separation is not complete when the clutch is stepped on. The driver always feels that the clutch has not been stepped on to the end, and the engine and gearbox cannot be completely disconnected. Or the clutch cutting point becomes lower, usually you can cut it by stepping on 2/3, and now you may step on the clutch to the end to cut off. In this case, the problem of the clutch master cylinder or the sub-cylinder must be considered. Now the automobile clutch has been replaced by a cable to a hydraulic transmission, that is, the master cylinder pushes the sub-cylinder to realize power transmission.
The master cylinder is equivalent to a syringe, and the sub-cylinder can be understood as a syringe with a larger diameter. After the two syringes are connected with a pipeline to inject water, the piston of the other syringe will move as long as one syringe is pushed, thus realizing power transmission without pulling wires, that is, hydraulic transmission. The brake pedal is connected to the master cylinder. After the pedal is stepped on, the transmission oil in the master cylinder directly pushes the sub-cylinder: the piston in the sub-cylinder pushes the push rod, the push rod pushes the clutch release bearing, and the bearing presses the clutch pressure plate to connect the engine and The direct connection of the gearbox is disconnected. Therefore, when the clutch master cylinder or sub-cylinder is damaged, the piston is severely worn, the pressure cannot be sealed, and the internal pressure is released, the clutch separation point will be very low, that is, the working stroke becomes longer.
At this time, the clutch pedal may not be completely separated when it is stepped on to the end, or the clutch working stroke becomes shorter after repeated steps, and the clutch separation/joint point increases, but it will decrease after a while. In this case, check whether there is a shortage of oil. If the liquid level is normal, check the master cylinder or sub-cylinder. Thinning of the clutch plates does not cause the clutch pedal to become low, or the engagement/disengagement point to become low. After the clutch plate is thinned, the clutch separation gap changes. In the past, the clutch pedal can be separated/combined after stepping on 1/2. Now it may be separated by stepping on 1/3 or the clutch can be released by 2/3 of the car. This is the clutch plate. Wear causes the pedal to rise.

Why does the engine have a flywheel? What does it do? What is the dual-mass flywheel?

Let me ask you a question, why can a car engine run smoothly and continuously? I think everyone will say that the engine is well tuned, the crankshaft is balanced, the fuel system and ignition system are working properly, the multi-cylinder engine does work overlapping, and so on. But many people will ignore a very important factor, that is, the role of the engine flywheel. Many people may not know what the engine flywheel is and where it is. If I tell you that it is installed at the end of the crankshaft, you may not understand it easily. But I'll tell you one thing, and you should know where the flywheel is. When our car starts, it needs a starter to drive the engine
