History
In 1997, Maomao (Chongqing) Automobile Drive System Co., Ltd. was founded in Shapingba District, Chongqing, and began to develop and manufacture clutches;
In 1999, it began to set up sales offices nationwide to develop the clutch after-sales maintenance market;
In 2002, the clutch cover assembly, driven plate assembly and flywheel assembly began to be matched with the main engine;
In 2007 through the TS16949 international quality system certification, clutch annual production and sales exceeded 1 million sets;
In 2010, new clutch and flywheel factories were built, with annual production and sales exceeding 1.8 million sets;
In 2012, 3D software such as INVENTOR/CATIA was fully imported for product design and simulation analysis;
In 2013, we began to establish the matching design capability of the power transmission system and the NVH analysis and testing capability of the transmission system;
In 2016, the dual-mass flywheel assembly (DMF) production line was completed and put into production, with an annual production capacity of more than 200000 sets;
Flexible flywheels adapted to AT and CVT transmissions will start mass production in 2017;
In 2018, the hydraulic torque converter assembly suitable for AT and CVT was developed and loaded for road test; DCT dry dual clutch and wet dual clutch were developed;
In 2019, the torque limiter suitable for hybrid and extended-range motors will start mass production;
In 2020, the production line of new energy motors and electronic control components will be completed and put into operation;
In 2021, the dual-mass flywheel automation production line will be completed and put into operation, with DMF production capacity exceeding 700000 sets....
